The United Nations’ (UN’s) International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (IDERD) is marked annually worldwide on March 21, with a series of events and activities.

The day aims to remind us of racial discrimination’s negative consequences and draws our attention to our obligations toward combating racial discrimination and other forms of systemic inequities in our organizations and communities.
